But for the most part, many air filters are very much alike. It’s when you start looking at HEPA filters that you can really start noticing a difference in pricing. However, that difference in pricing really reflects a difference in quality as well. If you buy a HEPA air filter for the HVAC system in your home, I guarantee that you will end up with better indoor air quality than you have ever had before and you won’t regret it. I think that buying a better air filter for your home is always worth the extra money that you might have to spend on it in the short term. In a case like this, the return you get in the long term is definitely worth the short term investment you might have to make when purchasing a great air filter. I personally use HEPA air filters in my house, and ever since we started using them in our HVAC system, I have been able to tell a real difference in how good the indoor air quality in our house is. At this point, I don’t even think that we need an air purification system. I think that our HEPA filter does the job just fine.
