Recently, we’ve been talking about planning a work trip to go pick grapes so we could use them to sour on some traditional beer. There’s a farm about an hour and a half outside of the city where we can all go Harvest are grapes.the only problem with that is, we have to get back home safely or need a place to stay that night. Since it’s unlikely that we’ll all be sober while we’re great picking, we decided to rent an Airbnb and have a work retreat. For a few days now, our Brewer has been looking at housing options. He keeps asking for my opinion between this cabin and that house. Every time someone asked my opinion, I say the same thing. Tell me which one has the best heating and cooling system. I don’t really care about the room that I sleep in or the bed, but I do care about the air quality when I go to lay down at night. I truly don’t want to be out in the pounding sun and humidity all afternoon, only to return to a house with subpar cooling power. If we’re going to be out sweating in the heat I want to know that there is wonderful air conditioning waiting for me back at the house. I don’t want to be sweating through the night as we cook dinner or as we finally lay down to get some rest. If there isn’t enough cooling power in my bedroom at night, I’m going to be an unhappy camper.
