I could always buy a smaller portable air purifier but I really need something that can clean the air in all of the rooms of my flat.
I’ve had some crazy allergies lately and find it hard to breathe through my nose at night when trying to sleep. I think it comes from dust in the air in my flat and I need to get someone to help me correct it so I can sleep better. I’ve been wearing those nose strips to open my sinuses so I can breathe better and I had a HEPA filter installed a few weeks ago in my HVAC system, but I still am having problems with dust. I think I will have to get someone out here who is skilled in the area of air quality and get this straightened out so I can sleep well again. I may have to get one of those whole home air purifying systems to aid my HVAC system in cleaning the dust from the air. I know they sell them in my town so I am going to run down to the store this week to see how much they cost. I just don’t have a lot of experience when it comes to air quality improvement in the house so I am going to get some help from one of the HVAC pros in my town. Once I fix this I think my sleep will be much better.
