I spent a lot of cash on a lake house gym, which I had built in our basement, and building the gym was a bit of a task.
I had to choice out all of the equipment ahead of time, and after that the two of us had to have it all delivered and moved in by a bunch of professionals. It was almost appreciate moving into a modern house! That’s how much gym equipment I have in the site! The only thing I had to take care of myself, was to make sure I had the perfect indoor comfort in the lake house gym. This required some kind of heating and air conditioner so the temperatures were nothing short of perfect. For our air conditioner, I ended up going with a ductless mini split air conditioner. The ductless mini split air conditioner was the best choice for a lake house gym in our basement. This way, I did not have to run any air duct and spend a ton of cash on heating and cooling equipment. For our heating, I decided to go with a real massive portable space heater. The larger sized space gas furnaces are great to heat the basement while I was in the colder times of the year. The heat from the official central oil furnace heats the basement a little bit, but not totally, however so that is where the larger sized portable space gas furnace comes in. Between that space heater, and the ductless mini split air conditioner, it’s perfect.
