It’s certainly difficult being a realtor to an Heating plus A/C professional. I think that sounds a little bit strange, but let me tell you: every customer is not the same. I used to guess that I could treat most people the same whenever they would come to me to try plus help them find a new home, and however, the first time that I tried to help an Heating plus A/C professional find a new home, I had a certainly rude awakening from that little dream. Heating plus A/C professionals are, by far, the pickiest group of people that I have ever met when it comes to buying a new house. The first time I tried to help this Heating plus A/C professional, I really thought that I was being pranked! He was so picky plus discouraging about every single condo that the two of us looked at that I thought a single of our friends must have sent him over to play a prank on me! However, it turned out that he was the real deal. He certainly was just that picky about his furnace plus I started thinking things love if he were so relaxing at his job, then it should not be that immense of a deal for him to repair a few things once he got moved into a new place. But this guy, just love every other Heating plus A/C professional that I have worked with, wanted no area of doing any work to his new home. They all want the Heating plus A/C systems completely current plus ready to go the minute that they get moved in. It’s certainly difficult sometimes when you’re toiling with someone love that!
