There are lots of different technology & startup companies in the city. There are also lots of arts & culture represented in Lincoln. In the historic Haymarket area you can find art galleries, pizzerias, stops, boutiques, & small entertainment locales. One of my preferred locales to go is Pioneers Park. This is an outdoor recreation area with hiking trails, a nature center, & lots of locales to have a picnic. Last weekend I was supposed to take the kids to Pioneers Park, although I had to cancel my weekend because I was still working on a new construction Heating, Ventilation & A/C project. I labor as a new construction Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier & independent consultant! During the last couple of years, I have worked with architects, building designers, & engineers to achieve energy efficiency & maximum output with each & every residential & commercial system. I take my labor seriously, because I know how comfort affects our afternoon to afternoon lives. My team was working on a project in Lincoln last weekend. I had to spend the weekend making last minute tweaks. There were a few new guys working on the Heating, Ventilation & A/C & they missed some important steps along the way. The air duct was in poor shape & many points of contact were haphazardly welded together. I had to make sure the new construction Heating, Ventilation & A/C was up to our standards before signing off on the project. As lead supplier, it’s my name on the line.
