It finally feels warm in the workshop

My brother and I opened a motorcycle repair shop about 10 years ago. We were fixing up motorcycles in the garage of his house before we decided to buy a building. My brother already had a large plot of land next to his house. We bought a large building to place in the vacant lot. Since my brother only lives a mile away from town, most of our customers don’t mind coming down the dirt road for a repair. A few years ago, we also added a separate building for motorcycle sales. My wife is in charge of the sales department. We do custom repairs and we also fix dents and scratches. We have been very busy the last few seasons and this winter was no different. We were working late into the evening hours to keep up with demand. As the temperatures got colder and colder, it became difficult to work in the shop. My brother and I decided it was time to buy a heater for the building. We viewed several different heaters for the space, but we finally settled on propane instead of electric. We found a really nice 30,000 BTU propane heater to a place in the workshop. The propane heater has three different heat settings and is optimal for the size of our building. During January and February, we went through two large tanks of propane. The forced air heater was a great purchase, and we even managed to find one on sale. It should last for a long time too, because we rarely have to use it.
