I have certainly been considering getting rid of my aged gas oil furnace.
It is getting a bit too costly to be able to keep up with this aged heater.
The price of the gas is what’s certainly killing me… Years ago, when I first purchased this gas oil furnace, it was nothing prefer this in terms of operating expense. Also, with the increase in everything during the last 40 years, that is to be expected I suppose, however now afternoons, there are cheaper ways to heat your home. Not to mention, the whole gas set up on the oil furnace I think might be dangerous. I always paid no attention to stuff like that. The way I saw it was, if it was the truth, then why am I still alive after having this gas oil furnace for half my life! Nevertheless, the price is too much to run the gas oil furnace at this point. So I am looking into getting a zoned Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. The capital outlay to genuinely purchase in addition to install the zoned Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan is going to be pretty pricey, however the way I see it is, that a zoned Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan would be a pretty good option. This old house has major uneven uneven temperatures all over, in addition to with Heating, Ventilation plus A/C zone control, it will make it so the two of us can correct that air flow problem we are having. With this pretty old and costly gas oil furnace, the two of us would never be able to do such a thing. Also, it may genuinely save us money over time. Whatever the case, running a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan of any type is less expensive than this gas oil furnace!
