I appreciate living in climate conditions that change with the seasons. I used to live in the south where every single season felt more or less the same. It’s a bit boring when you are celebrating Hanukkah and there is not any show, or when it’s 85 F outside and the beaches are filled with lots of people. I lived in that type of weather for 30 years and soon became tired of the same old thing each year. That’s when I moved up north to the mountains and changed my life. However occasionally you need a shift in life to shake yourself alive again. Well, moving into a lake house with a steam boiler was particularly a change for me. I’ve been living in new lake houses my whole life until I purchased this beach house and it was a wakeup call for me. I had to utilize a propane heating system for the first few Winter time weeks because I couldn’t locate an advanced air conditioner and heating repair business to come out and help me. I tried to repair the machine myself however I recognize I did more disfigurement to it and particularly made it non fixable in the end.
