I know it’s a crazy sounding title however let myself and others explain.
What I mean by the very condition of air is what temperature and humidity is best for unbelievable sleep.
If you have the hot air too dry then you can dry out your sinuses and have problems. If the air is too damp then you run the risk of mildew forming in your house. Also, keeping the ideal climate for sleeping is the most critical part of all. They say online that 68 F is the best temperature for sleeping and I can vouch for it. Keep your room cool, sleep well. I don’t appreciate having the advanced air conditioner blowing on myself and others directly when I sleep because it causes many problems with my throat. If I have to room too tepid after that I end up tossing and turning all night long in a tepid sweat. I’m a tepid sleeper in general, so I appreciate having a fan on and my climate control set at 68 F for my best sleep. I also appreciate taking a nice boiling hot bath each night to calm down my body and get it ready for sleep. A little meditation helps too. I have a new climate control now that can control each room separately so I don’t need to heat up a big room when I’m not using it, this saves a fair amount of money each week. It’s worth dropping a few extra dollars on a split cooling system, and you will end up saving money within 6 months of purchasing the machine from less power consumption.
