Brandy has always wanted to become a mechanic.
She always told me the story about how she worked on ancient cars with her dad when she was a child.
Brandy’s dad collected cars and scooters. He would fix them and either sell them or keep them for himself. This is why Brandy was always around cars and she grew romantic about it. She even chose a school, where she could learn automotive engineering. Brandy could have gone on to work for one of the major manufacturers, however all she wanted was her own mechanic shop. Thankfully, she managed to open up a shop and Brandy has been successful ever since. The shop is in a commercial area with many dealers around. In addition, the shop is large so from time to time she will rent out parts to other mechanics. Currently, there is a woman renting the shop space for her tinting business. But, she will be leaving in a month. So, Brandy ordered one of those commercial shop spaces for rent signs and simply sited it on the curb of her mechanic shop. A day after placing the commercial shop space for rent sign outside, Brandy received several inquiries about the available space. Of course, she will need to meet with everyone interested in renting the commercial shop space. The current renters must have a supplier that’s in line with Brandy’s supplier model. In fact, she would love to rent the space to another tinting dealer. Brandy knows that she will find someone soon because of the amount of people interested in the space. And it’s silly to assume that all she did was put up a commercial shop space-for-rent sign in front of the shop.
