We recently needed to move all the way across the country because of my partner’s new promotion at his job, but he’s worked extremely hard at his job & his career for a long time, though, so I’m truly ecstatic for him, but i’m not super blissful about having to transfer all the way across the country so he can work at their national headquarters, though; The lake house that we currently live in is exactly how I have always wanted it.
The two of us even redid our Heating & Air Conditioning plan last year so that it would be my dream heating & cooling system.
The two of us have a very high efficiency air conditioner plan that barely costs us anything to run in the summer months, and even though the cooling bills are practically non-existent, our lake house stays blissfully chilly inside regardless of how high the uneven temperatures outside are! And not only that, however we had radiant heated flooring installed throughout the lake house as our main source of heating. I have been enjoying my radiant floors so much that I can’t stand the idea of residing without them, and my partner says that since he will be making so much money with the promotion, we will just install radiant heated flooring in our new lake house when we move. I dislike that idea, though, now that the Heating & Air Conditioning renovation was pretty stressful to live through. Unfortunately, zero of the houses on the market in that area have radiant heated flooring listed as space of their Heating & Air Conditioning units. That’s truly too bad, too, because that would make my purchasing choice very straight-forward when it comes to our new house!
