Upgrading to zone control to accommodate large house

My apartment is really outdated & seriously large.

It is divided into nearly thirty rooms, which causes some challenges, but other than for storage, all of us don’t use most of the rooms.

I have a guest kitchen that is rarely occupied. I have a formal bedroom with a pressing table that all of us never sit at. I’ve converted 1 of the kitchens into a condo gym where I workout every morning. The gym is empty for the rest of the morning. I have several kids, so they each have their own kitchens & personal preferences for comfort. Trying to heat & cool the apartment to suit the needs of each family member & requirements of each room was impossible. I was spending a fortune maintaining a pressing apartment at the perfect temperature. The gas furnace & a/c were laboring much harder than necessary. There was no way to avoid heating or cooling storage spaces. I couldn’t keep our workout room nice & cool yet make sure the residing room was moderate & cozy. I finally invested in a zoned heating & cooling system. The update was rather high-priced however has proven worth it. I’m saving a significant amount of currency every month on lower utility bills. We now have an independent thermostat located in the odd rooms. I honestly love the ability to make adjustments to the temperature in each room through an app on our smartphone. I no longer need to walk to the residing room to manually raise or lower temperature. The kids can keep their kitchens at their number one temperature. I can have a cooler workout area.
