Trying to sell all the goods on a hot afternoon

My parents started a small chocolate shop when my sibling was just a baby. My dad was working in a factory and my mom wanted to stay apartment with my sibling. They started making treats and confections to sell to the bakery. It turned into a lucrative Chocolate Company in a few short years, however by the time I was born a few years later, my parents bought a building and had several employees working at the plant. They sold a variety of chocolates with filled centers. They had red, key lime, lemon, bourbon, and peppermint for the first years, and after that, they branched out with more thrilling flavors like chipotle pepper and earl gray tea. When I was eighteen, I finished high college and started working at the chocolate shop part time. One afternoon, I was working at the store alone. It was late in the summer, and my Mom and Dad were already apartment for the night. The air conditioning system in our store stopped working. It was sudden and sudden, and I did not have any warning. It started to get hot legitimately abruptly, and the back generator did not come up immediately. I started to panic because I did not want all of the chocolate to melt. I started selling all of our chocolate confections at half price. I called the air conditioning system maintenance service, however they could not come out until the next afternoon. During the last two fourths of business, I liquidated everything in the front case. We might have taken a small loss on the broken air conditioning system, however every one of us did not have to waste anything.
