The vaccination location was extremely overheated

My family and I waited a long while to get the covid-19 vaccination shot.

We finally got our opportunity last weekend when the health department changed the rules.

I spent approximately three hours online trying to make an appointment for my family and I. Every one of us had to drive 30 minutes to the next town in order to get our vaccinations in a jiffy. I made an appointment for everyone in my family on the exact same day. Every one of us traveled to the vaccination site. Inside the room, the temperature was absolutely warm. In fact, the entire area was warm, humid, and extremely stuffy! The giant auditorium had approximately 300 people inside and it was difficult to do the social distancing. I made an attempt to find a locale to sit under an AC air vent, even though I could not find a spot with a free seat. All of the chairs were taken by people that already received their vaccination shot. I had to rest in line with everyone else. By the time I sat down with a healthcare worker to get stuck, I was perspiring a great deal. The healthcare worker asked if I was feeling alright and I told her that it was too sizzling due to the lack of a/c in the place. She easily agreed with me and said the locale was having a difficult time with the indoor air temperatures throughout the day. She apologized for the humid atmosphere and stuck a needle in my arm. After I was finished, I got to sit in the air conditioned area with the remainder of the folks. They made everyone sit and wait for thirty minutes after the shot so they could monitor us for any side effects.
