The HVAC technician always says that my house smells like delicious food

I don’t like ordering takeout food because of the egregious prices.

The $12 I would spend on a single meal from a restaurant could be used to buy a large cut of premium meat to make a week’s worth of dinners.

It’s one of the easiest ways to waste money, especially knowing that a person has to eat multiple times a day. It’s easily the way many of my closest friends spend the most of their money. Some of these people are great cooks too. One of them explained that since they spend so many hours each week busy at work, they’d rather come home and relax rather than preparing a meal. I understand this mindset, but it’s not like all of them are working seven days a week. Sure, there are a number of house chores to complete whenever a person has a day off from their job. But cooking meals to save hundreds in wasted money each month is as important of a chore as anything else around the house. I cook so much that my HVAC technician tells me my house smells like delicious food whenever he visits for air conditioner service. Half of the time I’m not even cooking food when he arrives, but he manages to smell the remnant aromas of whatever I cooked earlier in the day or earlier in the week. The delicious aromas get pulled into the air system by the HVAC and are distributed throughout the house in the process. As a result, my house perpetually smells like cooked food. I’ll take this over any unpleasant odors any day of the week.
