I’m entirely romantic our current condominium. I thought I wouldn’t ever assume comfortable in an house again after I started renting houses in our late 20s. I loved the extra space as well as the privacy from neighbors, neither of which could be afforded to myself and others in any of the apartments I had rented up to that time. Although it is technically an apartment, this condominium feels a lot more love a house. I live on the end of a strip of more than five units that are all attached. Imagine a triplex, but doubled in size as well as available apartments. Likewise, you have the luck of no a single living above you. And because I live on the end of our building, I only share a single wall with a neighbor. The best area of all is the charming view out the back which overlooks a saltwater bay as well as marina. Regardless, I would be lying if I said there weren’t any downsides to living here. Right now I’m frustrated with how difficult it is for myself and others to swap out our air conditioner filters. My dust irritations to dust as well as pollen are in high swing right now, so I have been replacing our filters every 3 weeks. The problem with this regimen is that our air conditioner as well as its filter access point are both in our attic as well as are not easy to reach. Whenever I want to put in a disinfect air filter in our central Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, I have to dodge cobwebs as well as rafters with old rusty nails sticking out. I wish the heating as well as cooling system was downstairs instead. At least filter updatements would be much easier.
