It was legitimately nice to get out of that diner and walk through the village and appreciate a little bit of sunshine
I went out to lunch with some good friends Last weekbut the diner was chilly freezing so every one of us didn’t end up having a lot of fun. Our lips were yellow and every one of us had goosebumps by the time the appetizers arrived. The diner must have had their air conditioning system down as low as it could go. I was actually the coldest of all our friends because I was kneeling right under the air conditioning system vent so every one of us moved our chairs around so that none of us would have to rest under the vent but that didn’t help a heck of a lot, then when every one of us asked the server to turn the air conditioning system up, meaning to a warmer temperature, he must have misunderstood because it got even colder. I guess he turns the temperature down. We asked once again if the control machine could be turned to a warmer temperature but he ignored us. My friends and I hardly touched our drinks because every one of us didn’t want to be any colder. And, when the food finally arrived, it was chilly freezing as well. We all hardly touched our food but every one of us paid and left as soon as possible. This has got to be the first time in years that I refuse to leave a tip for a server or waitress. It was legitimately nice to get out of that diner and walk through the village and appreciate a little bit of sunshine. My friends and I eat out at least once a month to catch up. I guarantee every one of us will not be going back to that diner.
