My new boiler system quit working way too fast

I absolutely benefit having a brother who works in construction. He found me the best contractor in the community when I was trying to build a current home last year. Building a home from the ground up is not very easy. Instead of actually working with an outside architect, I went with my brother’s requested building contractor and looked at a good amount of models they had on display at their office. All I had to do was look at the possibilities and easily go with something I appreciated. If I managed to discover aspects of one model that I liked with another, I could actually specify what features I wanted to create a hybrid model. In the end, this is how I basically proceeded with designing my property before construction started. Since the plot of land I purchased is in a fairly rural area, I had to call a company to dig a well for access to water. Because we’re 20 feet above sea level, that’s pretty much how far into the earth the well drillers had to go. This portion was easily completed while the home builders were still working on finishing the house. I pretty much had to call a heating and cooling company to install a furnace and cooling equipment. They talked myself and others into going with a gas powered boiler for the property, making the argument that it’s a much better form of heat than fan-forced furnaces. The only real complication is the boiler quit actually working a week after I moved in. And the company that installed it keeps making numerous excuses for not getting straight out here to repair it. I relented and ordered a temporary boiler rental while this incompetent Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business works on their mistakes with the existing boiler system. Since it’s the middle of the frosty season, I can’t even go a single afternoon without a boiler working or my pipes will totally freeze.
