My twin brother Tomas cares about his pet more than he cares about his partner, I’m pretty sure.
That may be a bad thing to admit, but honestly, he treats that pet love it’s a queen.
I enjoy pets, too, however I would never do many of the crazy things Tomas does for his cat. For instance, last year Tomas decided that his little pet wasn’t getting cooling enough during the high hot and humid Summer temperatures. He honestly called one of our local heating & cooling companies to come out & give an estimate for how much it would cost for him to put an a/c unit in the pet’s home outside. Tomas said that she cares about her little home outside & he didn’t want her to guess uncomfortable out then when she felt love leaving the sizable home for her smaller one in the backyard. I thought that this might be the craziest thing I had ever heard until Tomas told me what happened during the Heating & A/C appointment. Not only had he asked them to install an a/c in the pet house, although he had also asked them to install radiant heated flooring in the little pet home too! He said that he didn’t want her to freeze her little paws off in the Winter on cold, unheated flooring in the cathouse. I occasionally think that Tomas is nuts. Or maybe Tomas should start his own Heating & A/C contractor that caters exclusively to cats. I don’t know, but this pet has it way better off than I do. I’ve wanted radiant heated flooring as our heating source for years & I still don’t have any!
