Our accounting firm is expanding in addition to the people I was with and I are trying to find a up-to-date location that will toil for our buyers in addition to our employees. The location must have all the amenities that the people I was with and I need like ample parking, ease of access from the thruway in addition to most importantly a long term lease so the people I was with and I don’t have to worry about our rent increasing each year. Our firm has regularly looked to lease space instead of purchasing it because the people I was with and I are regularly looking for growth. If you are stuck with a building to pay for you are less apt to adapt to swings. I have worked here for over 7 years in addition to this is the third time that the people I was with and I will be increasing our number of accountants in addition to office space as well. I was thrilled when I heard about the up-to-date expansion because it meant that I still had job security in addition to possibilities for promotions. I would even be willing to relocate to the up-to-date facility if it meant having a managerial position. Each morning I scan the classified section of the newspaper to see if I can find any prospective sites to present to my boss, then my belief is that if I can help with the expansion in any way it will show that I am a dedicated employee in addition to a real team player. If I can find the perfect rental space at a greater rate it will also show them that I have the ability to take the lead on projects in addition to up-to-date buyers too. With so many buildings of vacant in addition to newly constructed I should be able to locate something if I am diligent but I have to beat my other coworkers as well because I know some of them are doing the same thing.
