After living in a rental with my wife in the neighborhood for the majority of our adult life, I have been stunned to find out just how different living in a rental is compared to a residence that you own.

The people I was with and I had a horrible feeling that they weren’t going to provide us a set price for how much it would take to fully update the component until they were able to see precisely what was going on… Sure enough, that is basically what ended up happening when the Heating plus A/C maintenance tech showed up to help us out with everything. Back when the people I was with and I lived in a nice rental property the people I was with and I never had to worry about anything like this. All the people I was with and I had to worry about was paying our rent on time. It was without question a much needed cost, however the people I was with and I are still wondering if the people I was with and I made the best move for our family.
