It seems that the older I get, the more I am the guy that people in my life are snickering at.
- This is incredibly weird because I entirely was a pretty cool guy for all of my life.
I mean, I wasn’t Jim Carrey or anything close. But, I actually wasn’t the person that people giggled as well as pointed at all of the time. Now, I will simply walk in a room as well as have no idea why I went in there. Then, I will try to play it off like I was just there to check the Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment setting. Seemingly, it is crystal clear to everyone that I am faking it. Hence, the regular laughs. I find I can do the same thing with the way I dress on my days off. My spouse will laugh hysterically as well as point while telling me there is no way I am leaving the Heating as well as Air Conditioning comfort of our lake property “looking like that”. I guess I have lapsed into a bit of nonchalance gone severely wrong. However, I think that I am not losing it either. I still am on the ball with my career. The responsibilities in our property are still getting done. I am solely in charge of everything Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment related. I have to make the service appointments as well as then make sure to be at the lake property to meet the tech. The air filters are also my task alone. Those air filters get changed every month separate from fail. You just can’t allow the air filters to get severely clogged because it puts a serious drag on the rest of the system. That air filter is very much like the lungs of the heating as well as cooling equipment. If it’s all clogged, the nice air isn’t getting to where it needs to go.
