For my entire life, I grew up with having a central air conditioner in the house.
I knew there was different types of heating and cooling technology but Central AC was really the only a single that I had experience around.
This made sense because the central AC was the most popular at the time. It was constantly one of the best options for any beach home where people live. With increasing prices, I absolutely found it more difficult to find a beach home that was affordable and what I wanted. Eventually I settled on an absolutely tiny home. The place was not perfect but it did have everything that I would need. It was missing Heating and addition to AC. There was no Heating in addition to AC unit and I was warned that this was going to be a problem. I knew what type of problem I was going to get into. I also knew that everyone wouldn’t go for a beach home that did not have central heat or ac. This reduced the price so I went to get it anyways. Finding the AC component for the house was exactly what we needed but it turned out to be difficult. I believe the central HVAC component enjoy constantly but my beach place was too small. I spoke with a professional and found out that a window air conditioner would be the perfect solution for my home. I did not want the window air conditioner but found out that a ductless mini split would offer the same exact benefits.
