I have recently made the choice to transport out of our household plus have a custom household built.
I have been saving up for various years now plus I’m enthusiastic to finally see our household plus our vision come into focus.
I’ve been trying to remain open-minded throughout the procedure plus have landed on some decisions that I might not have made had I built this numerous years ago (for example: all wood flooring). Now that I’m at the portion of the construction that requires central heating plus central air conditioning decisions, I’m looking at a variety of choices. One thing that I thought would be a requirement for the HVAC device is the ductwork system. As it turns out, there are plenty of ductless HVAC options available also. With ductless mini split air conditioning plus boiler and/or ductless heat pumps, I could potentially have a household with heating plus A/C that doesn’t require regular ductwork cleaning or anything remotely similar to that. I wanted to get some perspective online before I made a firm choice on our central heating plus central air conditioning device. Has anyone here had any experience with ductless HVAC devices? Any of the above—ductless heat pumps, multi split air conditioning or boilers—or anything that I have failed to mention here. I honestly want your perspective on these things. I’m honestly leaning toward ductless HVAC solutions, however I don’t want to end up getting into something that I have to end up paying to undo to get the official central heating plus central air conditioning. Please let me know your thoughts on ductless HVAC device options plus whether or not you would go for it!
