I could rest and give excuses but it would not change the overarching fact that our lack of attention caused our most recent a truck problem. I absolutely should have noticed the fact that our old lake house was not as cool as it should be but I was stupid Lane so busy enjoying the summertime that I figured I could look into the cooling situation later. Well, “later” turned out to be the wrong choice. Now that Fall has officially arrived and the day un-even temperatures are around 20 degrees I am stuck with an Heating and Air Conditioning idea at home that doesn’t work respectfully. When I adjusted the thermostat recently to have the heat engage instead of the a/c I noticed it barely put out any air and what flowed from the vents was lukewarm at best. I ended up calling our Heating and Air Conditioning company right away only to find that I had about a two month wait to schedule a routine maintenance check. Had I paid attention originally when the air conditioning was not running respectfully I easily could have had the idea fixed by now. Instead, I have had to pull out all of our Wintertime pajamas, space heaters, sweatshirts and jeans so that I can survive the coming frigid afternoons in our lake house while I wait for the HVAC appointment. I could call the company back and schedule an emergency HVAC maintenance but that would cost me more money and it is absolutely our fault that I am in the position I am anyway!
